Introduction and Programme Framework

The Preserve Sports Therapy 2026 Athlete Sponsorship Programme is a structured performance partnership designed to support committed athletes in pursuing a clear athletic vision. This is not “free treatment.” It is a defined partnership with measurable outcomes, agreed deliverables, and fixed terms, managed as a professional brand and performance project.

Please read the information below before completing the application questionnaire. By applying, you confirm you understand the programme framework and, if selected, can comply with the Terms and Conditions set out further down this page.

Programme Objectives

The programme exists to:

  • Support selected athlete(s) with consistent, performance-focused rehabilitation and recovery

  • Build long-term relationships with athletes who value accountability, professionalism, and measurable progress

  • Increase local awareness of Preserve Sports Therapy through authentic, high-standard representation

  • Create credible case studies documenting process and outcomes

  • Generate consistent content that reflects the clinic’s standards and treatment methods

What Athlete Partners Receive

If selected, your support package will typically include:

  • 1 x 90–120 minute session per week

  • Access to relevant clinic equipment/modalities where clinically appropriate

  • Reasonable support between sessions for questions and guidance (expectations confirmed during onboarding)

  • A structured plan with progression checkpoints to document outcomes

  • Be 18+

  • Be able to commit to weekly sessions consistently for the full sponsorship term

  • Have an upcoming competitive/training calendar (ideally within the next 3–9 months)
